Hi, my name is Yuli! I am a dedicated licensed social worker with a passion for helping individuals heal, grow, and progress in their personal journeys. My journey into the mental health field began with my work in education.

As an educator, I observed that students were dealing with stressors and traumas outside of school. I witnessed how these issues affected their classroom performance and personal development.

My background in education has provided me with valuable insights into the developmental stages of children, adolescents, and adults, enriching my approach to therapy.As a therapist, I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and emotions.

My goal is to walk alongside you in your journey of overcoming obstacles, building resilience, and achieving your goals. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or seeking personal growth, I am here to support you every step of the way.

Hi! My name is Sami and I became a social worker to help people cope with life’s stressors and understand their trauma, as well as advocate for them to find their voice at any age.

We can work together to help you understand your ineffective behaviors and manage stressful feelings with healthy coping skills.

I want to help you communicate better in your relationships, improve your self esteem, and help understand how our environment relates to our experiences. I also have experience working with substance use, and making connections to use and mental health.

Through therapy, people have the ability to realize connections between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. There is no judgement. It is an empathetic, unbiased place to vent whether you want feedback or not, I am here to listen.
